MINING UNIVERSITY STUDENTS AND EMPLOYEES:

1. SELF-GUIDED visits: Mon-Thu 09:30 - 16:30, Fri 09:30 - 15:30. On visiting the museum, it is required to approach the curators and sign the visitor log. The curators are available in the left and right wings of the museum (Halls 2 and 11 of the Mining Museum).

2. GUIDED visits: excursion bookings should be made 10 working days before the visit, either by e-mail excursion@spmi.ru or by phone +7 812 328 80 35; after agreeing upon the date and time, the application form is provided.

OTHER VISITORS

Visitors to the Mining Museum are admitted only as part of excursion groups and by appointment. Visits are free of charge.

1. A small group of 1-4 ppl. (individual visitors, not organisations): Bookings open EVERY Monday from 9:00 to 10:00 by phone +7 812 328 80 35 and can be made for the current week ONLY.
Note. Guided tours for individual visitors are organised on Saturdays: the first group comes in at 11:00; the second one at 13:00. Groups size: 18-20 ppl. Tour duration is 90 minutes (1 hour 30 minutes).

2. Visits of organised groups (schoolchildren, students and employees outside Mining University): excursion bookings to be made 1 month before the visit, by e-mail excursion@spmi.ru, After agreeing upon the date and time with the excursion services staff of the Mining Museum over phone or e-mail, choosing and getting the excursion programme approved, the application form is provided.
